1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing the FortifyWebX infrastructure, you agree to comply with our professional standards. All users must operate within the legal boundaries of digital engagement and cybersecurity ethics.
2. Offensive Security Authorization
Any engagement for Penetration Testing or Vulnerability Assessments requires a signed 'Rules of Engagement' (RoE) document. Unauthorized testing of our systems or using our tools for illegal activities is strictly prohibited.
3. Service Delivery
FortifyWebX provides bespoke Web Development, SEO, and Security Audit services. Timelines and deliverables are managed through our unified platform and specified in individual project contracts.
4. Intellectual Property
All proprietary security methodologies, custom code snippets, and design frameworks remain the property of FortifyWebX until final contractual handover is executed upon project completion.
